What products are excluded from the rebates?
For a complete list of eligible products click here. Please note that rebates are not valid for hospital, metabolic or accessory products. Rebates are also not valid on the following items:
- Enfamil Infant Formula, 12.5 oz can
- Enfamil ProSobee Infant Formula, 12.9 oz can
- Enfamil Gentlease Infant Formula, 12.4 oz can
- Enfamil Reguline Infant Formula, 12.4 oz can
- Enfamil AR Infant Formula, 12.9 oz can
What should I capture in my receipt image?
Make sure to capture the following on your receipt image uploads:
- Store name
- Purchase date
- Product name and quantity
- Product price
- Purchase total
If your receipt is long, you can fold your receipt to remove non-required information from the photo or include up to 5 photos of your receipt.
Accepted image types include .png, .jpg, or .jpeg. Image size should be less than 3mb.
What should I capture in my UPC/Barcode image?
Upload the entire UPC/Barcode label on product package*. If you have additional UPCs/Barcodes, upload additional images.

*UPCs/Barcodes are typically located on the back/side of Enfamil products.
How do I receive my cash back?
Venmo
If selecting Venmo, please enter your mobile phone number. If you don't have a Venmo account, you will receive a text message instructing you to create a Venmo account in order to claim your cash back. You can also visit www.venmo.com ↗ to create your account first.
PayPal
If selecting PayPal, please ensure that your PayPal email address is valid and up to date. If you don't have a PayPal account, visit www.paypal.com ↗ to create one first and then come back to the app to submit your rebate.
Why is my receipt being rejected?
Product information not visible on online purchase receipt.
For online purchases, please ensure you screen grab the section of your online receipt that shows the Enfamil product(s) you purchased. Online receipts must include a delivery confirmation in order to be valid.
Unclear date of purchase on online receipt (e.g. "today" or "yesterday")
For online purchases, we recommend waiting to upload until the purchase date is reflected with a Month, Day and Year. Purchases must also be made inside the eligibility ranges specified in your offer.
Price information missing
In order to calculate the total number of points you will receive for your purchase, or for eligibility for the rebate offer, we must be able to see the price at which the product was purchased.
Retailer missing from receipt info on online receipt
In order to process your receipt, we need to identify the retailer where you purchased your product. For in-store receipts, the retailer name is typically found at the top of the receipt. For online retailers, this can be a bit tricker.
Date information missing from paper receipts
Many retailers print dates on the bottom of receipts. Please make sure you submit a photo that includes the date by folding out the unnecessary areas of the receipt or uploading multiple photos.
